At Vital Healthcare Training Center, we believe in cultivating a community of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering compassionate and competent care to their patients. Our Nursing Assistant Certification program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience necessary to become confident and effective healthcare providers.
Prior to becoming an RN, Leonardo (Silver) was a CNA for 5 years. He started his journey as a CNA at a retirement home, and then became hospital assistant at Harborview Medical Center. He continued working as a nursing assistant while pursing his nursing degree. For Leonardo, becoming a CNA provided a strong foundation upon which he has built his successful nursing career. Leonardo has a critical care nursing background and he currently runs an adult family home. Leonardo enjoys teaching and becoming a mentor to others especially to the ones who has passion to taking care of others.
Glenn began his nursing career by receiving his nursing assistant certification. With the fundamentals, he continued on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. He has worked in many fields including Medical Surgical, Intensive Care, and Post Anesthesia units and holds additional certifications. He has a passion to teach and share his knowledge to others.
